Terms of service

Draft, pending professional sign-off. This wording is a working draft and is not yet legal advice or a final agreement. It will be reviewed and confirmed before launch.

These terms cover your use of the Axon Neuro portal and the services arranged through it. Please read them alongside our privacy notice and cookie policy.

Who we are

Axon Neuro is a trading name of SW HEALTH LTD (company number 16232744). You can contact us at info@axonneuro.co.uk.

About the service

We help you find and arrange support from vetted, self-employed rehabilitation specialists. We are an introductory service that matches you with a specialist and supports booking and payment. We are not currently registered with the Care Quality Commission.

Prices and what you pay

The price shown is the client rate for the support you choose, based on the specialist, hours, package length and any extras. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added at this time. Where a card processing fee applies, it is shown clearly before you pay.

Subscriptions and payment

Self-funded support is paid as a monthly subscription, in advance, through our payment provider (Stripe). You pay for the first month when you start, then monthly on the same date. Funded buyers (for example case managers, insurers or solicitors) can instead be invoiced against a written quote.

Cancelling, and our refund policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We do not give refunds for time already paid for. When you cancel, your support continues until the end of the month you have paid for, and then stops. There is no further charge after that.

If you have a right to cancel a new agreement within the first 14 days under distance-selling rules, and you ask us to start your support within that period, you may lose that right once the support has begun. This paragraph is one of the items pending sign-off.

The specialists

Specialists arranged through the portal are self-employed. They set their own rate and choose the work they take. Each specialist carries their own public liability and professional indemnity insurance and is responsible for the support they provide. Axon Neuro holds its own separate cover.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate information and, where you are arranging support for someone else, confirm that you have the authority to arrange and pay for it. Tell us promptly if anything changes that affects the support or payment.

Our responsibility to you

We take reasonable care to run the portal and arrange suitable support. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. The detailed limits of liability are pending sign-off.

Complaints

If something is wrong, please email info@axonneuro.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it fairly and promptly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The latest version always appears here.

Governing law
